Movies People Wish They Could See Again for the First Time

I sat down to watch the movie The Village the other day. The Village is a very polarizing movie, you either love it or you hate it. Actually, a majority of M. Night Shyamalan films are polarizing. I fall in that small population of loving The Village. It could be because when it came out in 2004, I was 15 and the twist was very mind blowing. I still remember sitting in the theater and being so shocked.

How I wish I could go back to that night when I first saw the twist. It also got me think about another movie where I was super shocked at the ending: The Mist. I won't spoil it for you if you haven't seen this (13 year old) movie, but it certainly made me gasp extra loud in theaters! Sitting and watching The Village, while I think it's still a great movie (Joaquin Phoenix and Adrien Brody! C'mon!) I know I'll never experience that reaction again! So, we decided to take to Facebook and ask our listeners which movie they wish they could experience for the first time:

We got an overwhelmingly response of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, which makes total sense! Other answers included Jurassic Park, Pulp Fiction and one of my personal favorites: Avengers: Endgame.

Of course, another M. Night Shyamalan film made the list: The Sixth Sense, and one that I didn't expect to see on the list; Back to the Future.
