These Texas Cities Are ‘The Most Sinful’ in the Nation
We've all had naughty thoughts here & there but thanks to a recent study done by WalletHub, Texas ranks amongst the most naughtiest states in the entire country. So naughty we crack the top 20 and several others are not to far behind...
Which Texas cities are the most sinful in the United States?
WalletHub decided to look at 182 cities & based their "sinful" nature around the amount of...well everything that makes up the 7 Deadly Sins: anger/hate, jealousy, excesses, lust, greed, vanity & laziness.
These were all contributed to acts such as violent crimes, sexual offenders, theft, obesity rates, gambling, which cities had the least amount of people exercising, the amount of "adult entertainment" is found in each city... the typical stuff you would associate with sin.
Out of the 182 cities they ranked, 16 DIFFERENT Texas cities made their list. Before we go into the top 100, here some ones that just missed it:
- Laredo ranked #171
- Brownsville ranked #169
- Amarillo ranked #150
- Plano ranked #147
- Lubbock ranked #116
- Irving ranked #114
- Grand Prairie ranked #106
- Arlington ranked #104
- and El Paso missed the top 100 by ranking #103. (Quite a surprise in my opinion!)
That's a total of 9 cities that ranked between 101- 182, meaning there are 7 that made WalletHub's top 100 (Seems pretty fitting doesn't it?)
So without further ado...here are the most sinful cities throughout the state of Texas.
