Lion Dog Sparks 911 Calls [VIDEO]

A dog that has been groomed to look like a lion caused neighbors to call 911!  People thought they saw a baby lion prowling around the neighborhood.  Turns out it was a Labrador-poodle mix named Charles the Monarch that has been groomed to resemble Old Dominion University's mascot.  Hilarious!
