Largest Mineral Springs Resort Opens in North Texas
If you've ever wanted to experience the healing powers of hot springs without ever leaving the great state of Texas, well now you can!
WorldSprings at the Grandscape is set to open it the country's largest mineral springs resort in The Colony, Texas- about 20 minutes outside of Dallas.
WorldSprings at the Grandscape is a new outdoor social wellness destination set to open on June 28, 2024. This facility is unique for being the largest outdoor mineral springs and spa experience in the United States. It spans nine acres and offers over 40 unique mineral pools inspired by famous hot springs from around the world, such as those in Banjar, the Blue Lagoon, and the Dead Sea. The temperatures of the pools will range from 50 to 104 degrees.
The resort features both adults-only and family-friendly sections, along with a world-class spa that provides a variety of wellness treatments. Visitors can enjoy Finnish saunas, barrel saunas, and a 12-room spa facility. The on-site café allows guests to order food and drinks poolside using their smartphones, enhancing the relaxation experience.
Located at 3240 Plano Parkway, WorldSprings is part of the larger Grandscape development, which includes shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The resort aims to provide a comprehensive wellness experience, with amenities designed to help guests recharge and reconnect in a social setting.
There are also plans to open a second location in Central Texas but no word yet on when work begins there.
