Sun Bowl season is here! If you haven’t heard the news yet, this year’s Tony The Tiger Sun Bowl game will feature the Oregan State Beavers and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish!

The game is expected to be a great one this year but before football fans gather to tailgate and watch some Sun Bowl football, they are invited to an epic pep rally!

PdN Children’s, a local non-profit organization, is teaming up with the University of Notre Dame to host an All Abilities Pep Rally on Thursday, December 28th, from 12 pm to 12:30 pm at 1101 E. Schuster Ave.

PdN Children’s is turning 75 and in true birthday fashion they want to celebrate the work the organization does for children in our community.

The pep rally is all about celebrating the incredible strengths of kids with special needs. Because at PdN, they believe in seeing beyond disabilities and shining a spotlight on the true superheroes among us.

And guess what? The University of Notre Dame is joining the party with their cheerleading squad and the legendary leprechaun!

This special pep rally is a way to warm up the crowd before the 90th annual Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl. It's not just an event; it's a movement to promote visibility for disabilities in our community.

Many of these awesome kids might not get the chance to experience a live sporting event, let alone participate in one so the team at PdN Children’s is hoping to make dreams come true with this all abilities pep rally!

The event is free and open to the public and it is also a way for locals to get more familiar with the work that PdN Children’s does for the children in our community.

PdN Children is a local non-profit that helps kids with special needs through therapies, services, and educational opportunities.
