Loved by its customer for its pies and “amazing” ranch and Greek dressings, Dion’s offers a variety of pizzas, sub sandwiches, and salads. The pepperoni with green Chile, aka The 505, gets a lot of online love, which isn't surprising given Dion's New Mexico roots.

The future 915 location will be the first in El Paso and its third in Texas. It currently operates 27 restaurants; 22 in New Mexico including 2 in Las Cruces, 3 in Colorado, and 2 in Lubbock, Texas.

Documents filed with the state show the company plans to build a 5,000-square-foot free-standing building with a drive-thru on the northeast corner of Resler and Paseo del Norte, catty-corner to The Canyons at Cimarron. Per the paperwork, they expect to make their El Paso debut towards the end of 2023.
