Human Rights Spokesman to Talk Immigration Crisis on MoSho
On Tuesday's show, we'll be talking to Fernando Garcia, who is a spokesman for the Border Network for Human Rights. His group believes that the U.S. Should have a more welcoming policy toward immigrants, especially children. Check out some of the questions we have!
1.). What should our border policy be? Should we let everybody in?
2.) If we don't let everybody, how do we decide who gets left out?
3.) If we DO let everybody in, how do we pay for social services for them? Especially the children. Unaccompanied minors are a pure drain on our welfare system.
4.) Even if we let these 7 to 10 thousand immigrants stay, what do we say to the 60 thousand that will show up expecting the same treatment?
5.) Why don't we ask these other countries to do something for their own people?
