On Saturday, October 9, the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck will be at Cielo Vista Mall. Their hours of operation will be from 10 am to 7 pm in the parking lot. The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck can be spotted between JCPenney and Dillard's.
