• Second Course (Appetizer @ Taft Diaz): Tempura Artichoke Taco (Marinated enoki mushrooms, salsa macha – epazote aioli)
• Third Course (Entrée @ Elemi Restaurant): Quesadilla Del Momento (Heirloom maiz tortilla, local asadero cheese, seasonal ingredients, avocado)
• Fourth Course (Entrée @ Park Tavern): Chicken Picatta (Angel hair pasta with pan seared chicken and lemon caper sauce)
• Fifth Course (Dessert @ Rockstar Burger Bar): Rockstar Fried Cheesecake (Creamy fried cheesecake towers drizzled in strawberry scrappers)
