GOOD: Monday was cyber Monday and many Americans got great deals on all kinds of on-line purchases.

BAD: In 2 to 4 weeks many more Americans will observe Theft Thursday where they stalk neighborhoods waiting for UPS to deliver everyone else's Cyber Monday purchases, then steal them off the porch before anyone gets home.

GOOD: While on Thanksgiving vacation, I made sure I watched my weight the whole time
