A 24K Gold Flake Topped Tomahawk is the Star of this Texas Restaurant
Have you ever wondered what gold flakes taste like? Well, I'm sure many of us went through a Goldschlager phase but I don't think that counts; you didn't really get to enjoy it- especially the next day.
If you've ever wondered how gold would taste on a steak, well, wonder no more because this Texas restaurant will top your Tomahawk steak with 24k gold flakes. The restaurant itself is pretty unique; Juliet's exterior looks like a movie theater!
Inside it looks like it could be a really cool movie theater- but you won't need a movie ticket to experience their main attraction.
Juliet is located on Westheimer & Fountain View and their main attraction is their Golden Star; a USDA Prime Gold Tomahawk wrapped in 24K gold.
This 32 oz. steak is covered in gold flakes and makes for a very interesting Instagram foodie post.
The website does that thing that fancy restaurants do where they don't put the price of their menu items; but after doing some research it looks like the Golden Star will cost you over $300! It is 24k gold after all!
It's all part of the vibe; Juliet Restaurant is obviously inspired by the upscale dining experiences you'll find in New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas; so it does seem pretty cool that a dining experience like this exists in the Lone Star state.
The rest of their menu also offers bougie options; although they probably don't come with the $300 price tag (probably).
There's no movies shown at Juliet Restaurant but they definitely offer a cinematic experience. You can find out more about Juliet Restaurant here.
