Fight Breaks Out in Downtown El Paso

I always watch this video when I need a good laugh. It's a fight that is taking place in Downtown El Paso. I don't know what the fight is over, but the video is titled 'Two Crackheads Fighting'. I thought crack was supposed to make you skinny?

If you notice the old ladies that are sitting downtown don't even bother to look. Are they numb to the fact that there are crackheads always fighting downtown? I can honestly say that downtown El Paso is changing for the better.
