Fashion Ink Brings Style And Tattoos To The Zoo This Year

Fashion Ink is always a fun, fresh funky way to celebrate some great El Paso beauties, talented artists and fashion!

Fashion Ink is a unique and original fashion show that happens in El Paso every year. Fashion Ink blends together tattoo models and tattoo artists, El Paso designers, body paint artists and more all into one major event. Fashion Ink started back in 2012 by Gracie Cain, Creative Director for Emajj PR Firm. Gracie wanted to create an event that gave "extremely talented tattooists a chance to showcase their skills, affording them the opportunity to expand their network, gain recognition among their peers and to tattoo new body canvases who share the love of tattoo collecting."

Also included in the Fashion Ink Event is the People's Choice competition. This is where tattoo businesses in El Paso compete by airbrushing models with no tattoos and put intricate designs on their bodies. After, the Fashion Ink audience votes for who they think did the best design and their favorite. 

Fashion Ink is happening Thursday, March 9th at the El Paso Zoo Event Center. General admission tickets are $20, and VIP are $40. You can purchase tickets at Eventbrite.
