Sugar, we're going down to get some tacos!

Fall Out Boy is teaming up with a Los Angeles restaurant to celebrate National Taco Day in October. Another weird national holiday is coming up, but this time it's to celebrate a food we all know and love- TACOS!

National Taco Day is October 4th and to celebrate, the boys of Fall Out Boy are teaming up with a Los Angeles area restaurant to not only celebrate the holiday but also raise money for a good cause. Casa Vegas is a Mexican restaurant in the Los Angeles area and they've teamed up with the Chicago band for the new Fall Out Boy taco, punningly named "Sugar, We're Going to Get Tacos." The taco will be available for a limited time only. It debuts on October 4th and will be available until the end of the month.

While it's exciting to get some great tacos from the band, a portion of the proceeds is going to a great cause. The sales from the tacos will support No Us Without You LA, a 501c3 non-profit. No Us Without You helps raise money to provide food security for the undocumented back of house staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can support their mission by donating through their website. Casa Vega is a  family-owned Mexican restaurant located in Sherman Oaks and has been around since 1965. Casa Vega was also featured on Eater Los Angeles for their $35 dinner deal. There is still plenty of time before National Taco Day so hopefully, the restaurant will release the recipe so we can all make these tacos at home unless you're planning on heading to Los Angeles at the beginning of October.
