With Christmas coming soon, I'm sure you already have your tree set up & decorated with your favorite Christmas ornaments. If you want to show some love to El Paso, you can find some very creative homemade designs on Etsy, mostly of a shot of downtown or a shape of Texas with El Paso written on it. And that got me thinking... there are many different El Paso sights & locations that can be turned into Christmas ornaments.

Other spots I think greatly represent El Paso include local restaurants like:

Bowie Bakery & Chico's Tacos

Or if you want landmarks that represent El Paso's history, Concordia Cemetary & the ASCARO Tower come to mind.

El Paso is a sports town so I think we should have ornaments represent our love of sports & UTEP:

But the 2 big suggestions have to be the Rio Grande...

The Star on the Mountain. It represents home to everyone here so it's a perfect candidate for a Christmas ornament.

Hopefully someday someone will create some of these into ornaments, that way we can always show love to El Paso no matter where you are.
