You Better Not Cry: Krampus Fest Returns to El Paso
El Paso, you better not pout and you better not cry because something more terrifying than Santa Claus is coming to town.
I'm super excited to share with you that Kaleidoscope Art Market is hosting their 8th Annual Krampus Fest Art Show and Market on Saturday, December 14.
8th Annual Krampus Fest Art Show and Market in El Paso Returns for the 2024 Holiday Season
Kaleidoscope Art Market is hosting this year's Krampus Fest on Saturday, December 14 at the El Paso County Coliseum. Starting at 4 PM until 10 PM, this a free show and an all ages event!
Kaleidoscope Art Market has held their Krampus Fest for several years now and I'm honored that they have asked me to judge their Krampus contest another year!
This year, Kaleidoscope Art Market is bringing you the biggest and baddest Krampus Fest yet! With over 80 local artists and artisan vendors along with food trucks- there's something for everyone!
There will be four Krampus winners; they will have the El Paso Krampus King AND Queen for adults, and the El Paso Krampus Prince and Princess for kids. Kaleidoscope Art Market is also teaming up with the Reynolds Home and accepting diapers for qualifying El Paso parents.
Krampus is the beastly counterpart to Santa Claus, who is half-goat, half-demon who will literally beat children into being good- and if you're really bad he may even drag you to hell!
Fortunately for us, the Krampus contestants of previous years probably didn't have the ability to drag us to hell. I say "probably" because for a second there, I got a little scared- I mean, the contestants really got into it and gave it their best- look at these amazing costumes!
Each year, the costumes get bigger and better! Save the date and join in on the biggest Krampus Fest yet on Saturday, December 14 at the El Paso County Coliseum. Find out more about the event here.
