Naked Man Found Living in “Cave” for Years in Franklin Mountains [VIDEO][AUDIO]

According to KVIA, there’s a naked caveman living in the Franklin mountains in El Paso. So what’s the problem? Allegedly he walks around without clothes on and scares people.

Here’s the other problem- the land he’s living on is owner partly by El Paso Water Utilities, partly by the city, and partly private property. He claims he has been living there for three years, living off dumpster buffets and fast food, which he pays for with his money earned from donating plasma and recycling cans. Rightfully so, he’ll likely need to be evicted for liability reasons, but we’ll ask anyway...
