These El Paso Bands Have a Chance to Play the 2025 Vans Warped Tour

Vans Warped Tour will always have a special place in those who live in El Paso. Not only was El Paso included on one of the very first Warped Tours in history, but Las Cruces itself also became a giant staple for the Warped Tour 20 years ago.

With the return of Vans Warped Tour in 2025, there have been several lineup announcements on which big acts will play the 3 shows this year. Among those announcements, there's a chance that a band from El Paso could play the Warped Tour 30 Years show as well.

Ernie Ball is holding a battle of the bands competition for the 2025 Vans Warped Tour

A battle of the bands sponsored by Ernie Ball is giving bands & artists from all over the United States (and the District of Columbia) a chance to play on the main stage for Vans Warped Tour & a record deal.

Musicians are encouraged to send a video submission of themselves recording an ORIGINAL song of theirs. They can send up to 5 videos. These songs will be judged on musical originality, creativity, entertainment value & technical ability. You can read more information on Ernie Ball's website here.

At least 3 bands from El Paso are in the 2015 Vans Warped Tour battle of the bands competition.

First is the band, Bloomwave; the desert surf indie rock band is among the competitors. You can vote for Bloomwave here.

Next is the 4 piece metal group, BALVNCES; you can vote for BALVNCES here.

The punk/metalcore group Father Wolf is the last name to represent El Paso in this battle of the bands...so far. You can vote for Father Wolf here.
