About 1,000 frinds, family and even strangers showed up yesterday in response to Westboros threatened protest of a Marines funeral.

The services for Marine Staff Sgt. Christopher Diaz went just fine though thanks to a TON of volunteers.

Thank you to everyone that showed up to run those weirdos off. You guys rock. My condolences to the Diaz family. I hope you found some comfort in the presence of all these kind people.
