East El Paso Keeps Growing As New Tap House, Brewtopia, Opens Its Doors
El Paso keeps on growing and this time around it’s far east El Paso that is adding a new local spot to their list of places to hang out and enjoy some tap beer!
Brewtopia is a locally owned Tap House that carries 40 taps and a variety of craft beers as well as other types of beers from countries including Germany. They also offer growler fills for those of you that gotta have that growler filled up!
The new tap house is located at 3260 N. Zaragoza and it isn’t just for beer lovers! They also have wine for wine lovers and a selection for non-craft beer drinkers.
Brewtopia Taphouse is proudly owned by lifelong El Pasoans that encourage locals to continue supporting locally owned businesses.
“National Franchises are great. However, local businesses keep every cent in the community,” said Sandra Muniz, President of Brewtopia Tap House. “Also, El Paso can become a hub of new and creative businesses attracting tourism and sparking the tax base for a bigger benefit to El Paso. A good example is the fledgling brewing industry and how it is already creating a whole new form of tourism for El Paso.”
The new taphouse doesn't serve food BUT they sit right next to the new McAlister's that is set to be opening sometime this Spring.
So, if you're looking to support local this Spring and Summer season and you want to enjoy a new tap house with your friends then head east and support local!
