Rainbow Fountain is my absolute favorite hole-in-the-wall joint to enjoy a torta and smoothie. I usually order either the ham or milanesa torta with a pineapple smoothie.

But this is a perfect example of why you should never judge a book by its cover. This cute little spot will not disappoint your taste buds if you're looking for a filling meal.

Rainbow Fountain is the best hole-in-the-wall joint in El Paso in my opinion. In 2019, I ever declared that joint my absolute favorite spot for a torta and licuado. But there are plenty more hole-in-the-wall places locals consider to be the best in El Paso.
