The 11th annual Dog Days at Nations Tobin is happening from 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. September 9th and 10th at the Nation Tobins pool in Northeast El Paso. Right before the pool closes for the season, EP Parks and Rec let the community come out for a fun day of swimming with their furry friends. This event is loads of fun with plenty of activities and prizes that are fun for both the dogs and humans involved. There will be a doggie paddle swim contest, cutest bathing suit contest, and a doggie splash contest!
Admission is only $2 per dog and humans are free! All you need to bring is a copy of your dog's shot record showing that they are up-to-date on rabies, distemper and parvo vaccinations. Is your pooch not up-to-date? The City of El Paso Animal Services will be having vaccinations on-site. No puppies under 6 months will be allowed. Dog adoptions will also be on-site for this event from Animal Rescue League and Animal Services so you can find a new family member too!
