Check out these two amazing shoe designs that are currently in Vans Custom Culture Competition. Vote and help Deming High win $50,000 for the art program. The Vans company is much more than just shoes and the former punk rock summer camp the Vans Warped Tour. Vans is a lifestyle brand with an entire line of clothing for men, women, kids and various other items they make. The company is also known for their philanthropic efforts, donating to various causes over the years.

The Vans company is holding their Custom Culture competition where student artists at high schools around the US create their own unique Vans shoes. These shoes show off the student's artistic skills and creativity through shoe design. The company says they created the contest to give back to schools and their art programs:

"Vans Custom Culture was created to inspire and empower high school students to embrace their creativity through art and design and to bring attention to diminishing arts education budgets. Vans believes everyone should be empowered to express themselves creatively and should be given the tools to do so. Custom Culture is a national high school customization competition using blank Vans shoes to be customized around specific themes."

Two art students at Deming High School have entered the competition and submitted two very unique shoe designs to the company. The winner is decided by public vote and the winning school's art program will receive $50,000. The voting period ends this Friday and you can only vote once a day. You can vote for either of these shoes on the Vans website. Share this article on your social media pages to help the school win this prize! Check out the two shoe designs below.
