Due to safety concerns relating to the COVID-19 pandemic only the Defendant will be allowed on premises. Juveniles and people with disabilities may be accompanied by a legal guardian or caregiver.

Temperature checks will be conducted at both 810 E. Overland and 9600 Dyer before entry into the El Paso Municipal Courthouses. - elpasotexas.gov

In addition to that, face coverings are also required for entry into Court facilities. The new, official court guidelines also call for judges to do all they can to conduct court proceedings remotely and court staff must work remotely if possible. Read all the new policies here.
