Chinese Restaurant Closed Down for Cooking Food with Dogs

When I first read this article, I couldn't believe it. Until I saw the video! We all hear rumors and jokes about Chinese restaurants cooking dogs and serving it to people. This time it actually occurred in Tijuana, Mexico.

The news story published in El Diaro de Juarez, says that residents who lived by the Chinese restaurant called authorities after dog cries could be heard coming from the establishment.

When the authorities arrived on the scene, they could see one of the workers in the kitchen throwing something into a plastic container. As you can tell from the video above, investigators saw it was a decapitated dog. The owner of the restaurant called,'The Yen City' told police the dogs were for personal consumption and not for the public.

The yelp review got only one star but it could be from bad service. The owners of the placer were arrested. No word yet on charges filed against them.
