Cheech Marin has been having a little fun on social media lately- and El Pasoans were quick to notice something familiar. In a series of recent videos, the comedy legend casually appears wearing an El Paso Chihuahuas tee, and while he doesn’t call it out directly, the Borderland absolutely clocked it.

Cheech Marin’s New Videos Feature a Familiar El Paso Tee

Across three different videos posted to his social media, Marin can be seen wearing the same El Paso Chihuahuas shirt. In one, Marin is cooking alongside his daughter in a relaxed, at-home recipe moment.

In the other two of the clips, Marin jumps on hilarious lip-synch trends- still rocking the Chihuahua's tees.

The tee makes an appearance in all three, giving fans plenty of time to spot it, and once they did, there was no unseeing it!

El Paso Fans Flood the Comments After Spotting the Shirt

It didn’t take long for fellow El Pasoans to take over the comment sections. Fans quickly pointed out the Chihuahuas shirt, sharing their excitement and pride at seeing the Borderland represented, even in a subtle way.

While Marin never mentions El Paso outright in the videos, the response made it clear the moment landed exactly where it needed to. Sometimes, just repping the city is enough.
