Famous Celebrities Busted With Marijuana Near El Paso

The unofficial holiday for cannabis enthusiasts around the world, known as 4/20, is upon us. A day when the air is a little hazier, the snacks mysteriously vanish faster, and cannabis lovers everywhere light up in celebration. But while most folks keep it chill, some celebrities didn’t quite master the art of being discreet, especially when traveling through El Paso, Texas.

If you're an El Pasoan who has traveled east, you know all about this infamous checkpoint. About an hour and a half east of El Paso is the Sierra Blanca checkpoint that you pass through if you're on I-10 east. It's kind of unavoidable! And it's known for being the place that will stop you if you're caught with pot!

The stop is a bit unavoidable, so you're bound to hit it, and some celebrities didn't fare well when they had to stop in Sierra Blanca; and let's just say, their celebrity status didn't really help.
