Downtown El Paso celebrates several holiday’s with their iconic “Love Letters” and this Women’s History Month they are showing the love for women with special Women’s History Month “Love Letters” which celebrate women’s strength, courage, and ingenuity.
The summer of 2023 in El Paso and across Texas was insane, setting records and causing problems from its semi-early start to it's blistering finish. 2024 may be worse.
