October 20th is International Chef Day, a day meant to honor the cooks in your life whether they're professional chefs or just plain old mama's home cooking. This day is also meant to promote healthy eating and how to live better lives through food. So the Buzz Adams Morning Show crew was asked the question when you're craving something healthy what's your go-to meal?

Buzz says that when he's looking for a little bit lighter fair to enjoy his go-to meal is something of his own invention. "I call it a bun salad. I like to get some healthy breads like let's say sesame seed buns and then on one of them I put my salad a lot of lettuce some onions some tomatoes and some pickles and then on top of that I put a patty of meat for protein and on top of that I put the other button and call it my bun salad, aka, a hamburger.

Joanna says that when she's in the mood for something a little bit lighter she also goes for something of the leafy variety. "I'm all about the Caesar salad. A Caesar good Caesar salad with a lot of dressing and croutons which probably aren't the healthiest but still way better than anything else"

Nico says that when he's had a heavy meal of oily or greasy foods that sometimes he likes to mix it up with grilled asparagus and grilled chicken. "There's nothing better than some grilled asparagus with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and lemon juice. The combination is amazing and makes you feel full and healthy."
