Oh Florida, you never disappoint. 24-year-old Scott Simon, of Ft. Lauderdale was in the process of telling a friend how he was going to follow 33-year-old Nicholas Walker home, and then kill him. However, the whole time he was talking, he didn't realize he accidentally called 911 from his phone in his pocket and the authorities heard the whole thing.

Walker was gunned down getting onto I-95. When police arrived, Walker's car had crashed into a guard rail and after putting out a fire, the authorities found Walker dead from gunshot wounds.

Authorities don't believe though that Simon was the one who pulled the trigger and are currently looking for two more suspects. The shooting occurred after Walker got into an argument with other men at the Waffle House earlier.
