Bubba’s 33 Is Asking For Local Sports Jerseys To Feature In El Paso Restaurant
El Paso is finally getting their very own Bubba’s 33! So, I have never been to a Bubba’s 33 but I have seen them when I head to Albuquerque and I have heard nothing but great things about them so maybe now that it’s a little bit closer to home I can finally stop by.
The New Bubba’s 33 is slowly starting to come along but before the restaurant opens up they are asking locals to help them showcase local high school teams!
“We really want to feature our local high school teams throughout our building and I wanted to see if anyone had any jerseys (preferably #33) or helmets that we could hang permanently in our building,” wrote Marina Herrera, Bubba’s 33 owner-operator, in a Facebook post.
Bubba’s 33 will be located off of Zaragoza at 11925 Gateway West in the Las Palmas Marketplace. The restaurant serves Burgers, pizza, other delicious bar food and of course delicious beer, but Bubba’s also takes pride in providing sports fans with large-screen TVs that show various sports games and music videos as well.
Although Bubba’s 33 is a chain restaurant, the owners want to make sure to show love to El Paso in the restaurant and they are hoping locals will donate any sports jerseys they may have so the new restaurant can feel like El Paso when people walk in.
"Our goal is to be a supportive community partner for all El Paso area schools and beyond, whether that be youth teams, middle/high school, or adult leagues. We have had such a positive response from so many people already and are excited to see how these partnerships will flourish in the future,” said Marina. "As we get our store open, we look forward to providing fundraising opportunities, team meal pricing, and any other avenues as means to partner with the community. We hope our high school football display is only the beginning."
