The Breaking Bad House In New Mexico Could Be Yours
The iconic New Mexico home where Walter White lived in Breaking Bad is on the market for $4 million. You can take a look inside, for free, here ...
Walter White's pad ... complete with that famous swimming pool but you'll have to bring your own pizza for the roof ... is officially up for grabs in Albuquerque. The owner shared some funny stories about watching them film Breaking Bad and, for the first time ever, allowed cameras to film inside.
Fran and Louis Padilla bought the home back in 1973 and raised Joanne Quintana and her siblings there. In 2006, they were approached by the Breaking Bad crew about using the home for the series and the rest is history. Now, 10 years or so after the series ended, the fans keep coming.

One of the funny stories Joanne shared about filming Breaking Bad involved the famous "pizza on the roof" scene. She said she remembered there being a zillion pizza boxes lining her driveway in case multiple takes were needed. According to her, Walter White, (Bryan Cranston), was a pro though and nailed it on the first try. (Cue in to about 1:43.)
She also said her Mom always made the cast and crew cookies which they loved but Bryan could never have one. Why? His character, Walter, had cancer and was losing weight so desserts were a no-no. He did finally get one on the last day of shooting though.
She added that many people show up wanting to stay in the home so she hopes whoever buys it turns it into some sort of Air BnB and/or museum so fans can truly enjoy the home.
