As El Paso Heats Up, Here’s Some Sun Screen Advice

Summer is here and, as pretty much everyone knows, we need to really load up on sunscreen. Not all Sunscreens are good though...

I did a blog the other day about how hot the El Paso area will be this summer and offered some tips on dealing with the heat and heat illnesses. Obviously, one of those tips was to use plenty of sun screen. Livestrong.com says these are the best ones:

• Best All Purpose Sunscreen =  Jersey Kids
• Best Sport Sunscreen = All Good
• Best Water Resistant Sunscreen = Sunology Natural
• Best Kids Sunscreen = Badger Kids
• Best Sensitive Skin Sunscreen = California Baby
• Best Long Term Exposure = Tropical Sands

Some sun screens are bad though so, here are a few NOT to use. Livestrong.com says to avoid spray or powder form screens as well as those with super high SPF ratings (50+) and chemical sun protection.
