Apply For Great Khalid Foundation’s Performing Arts Scholarship

The Great Khalid Foundation is giving away two $10,000 scholarships to high school seniors pursuing higher education in performing arts. The Great Khalid Foundation has been making a wonderful impact in the Borderland with their many charity endeavors- from the Back To School Backpack Drive, Christmas with Khalid, and more. Now, they are working to help aspiring performing arts students to help them achieve their dreams.

This merit-based scholarship is awarded to high school seniors who wish to pursue high education in the performing arts. Scholarships will be awarded based on students' academic achievements and artistic ability.

To be considered for the Performing Arts Scholarship, high school seniors must have:

• 3.5 GPA
• An acceptance letter into a Performing Arts college or university program
• A written essay (prompts on application)
• A video performance (link to wherever it is posted, no specific platform needs to be used)

Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, April 15, 2020. The winners of the two scholarships will be announced on or before May 31, 2020.
