We all knew when Amazon chose El Paso to build a distribution center that it was going to bring jobs to the Sun City. Well, they're looking for people to fill those jobs, along with a lot of nationwide jobs as well. In El Paso, they have 750 jobs to fill, and nationwide, they're looking to fill 33,000 jobs. If you don't want to relocate for a nationwide job, don't worry, some of them are going to be remote. Amazon said in a press release:

With many people left unemployed by the economic impact of Covid-19 and searching for new jobs, Career Day is designed to support all job seekers, regardless of their level of experience, professional field, or background -- or whether they are looking for a job at Amazon or another company.

Amazon will be hosting a Career Day this Wednesday, September 16th. Anyone can participate in the Career Day 2020, and you don't need to make an appointment. You can get all the details by CLICKING HERE.

In a survey Amazon conducted, they found that 53% of people have been forced to look for new work as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. If you're wondering about the pay for the Amazon jobs, the least you'll make is $15 an hour as that is the starting rate for Amazon. Even if you don't want to work for Amazon, Career Day 2020 might still be for you...

Amazon Career Day is a free, virtual event on Wednesday, September 16, 2020. This live, interactive experience is for all job seekers, regardless of your level of experience, professional field, or background – and whether you’re interested in working at Amazon or elsewhere.
