The vaccines continue to roll out in El Paso, even with the Johnson and Johnson vaccine on a temporary hold. At least, it's temporary until today because they can bring back the Johnsons and Johnsons today if they want to.

Just this morning, the El Paso Department of Public Health announced that there were 81 new cases of COVID-19 with one death attributed to COVID-19. This brings the total deaths up to 2,507 for El Paso with another 67 additional deaths suspected to be due to COVID-19 that are being investigated by the El Paso Department of Public Health.

Just how are the vaccines doing here in El Paso? What sort of numbers are we looking at? According to officials, about 36.5% of El Pasoans and fully vaccinated, with almost 60% (58.6%) having received at least one shot.
