Woman Arrested for Having Sex with Unconscious Man in Parking Lot

"Everyone wants to be spontaneous. Have you ever been spontaneous?"

Kimberly Jackson was arrested for drunk in public in Norfolk, Va., after people called authorities for someone having sex in a parking lot. Police found Jackson and her boyfriend, Earl Parmer, in the parking lot having sex. While Ms. Jackson was awake and semi-coherent, Palmer was unconscious and had to be taken to the hospital. Police arrested the woman and she was booked.

Both Kimberly Jackson and her boyfriend spoke to WTKR-TV to explain themselves and what exactly transpired on that day. Palmer said he just wanted people to know,

I'm here trying to clear her name and let them know I consented to that, I just didn't finish the job as you could say.

Kimberly Jackson also gave the reason why she thought having sex in a parking lot was a good idea, and that she wouldn't get caught,

"The alcohol made me think that I wouldn't (get caught). That was all the alcohol."

When asked if something like this is going to happen again, Jackson gave a quick "no." Palmer on the other hand said "I don't know."
