Weekend Bike Runs To Benefit An El Paso Cancer Victim And The USO Plus Bike Races
Area bikers, it’s going to be another fun … and busy … weekend!
Lots of reasons to get in the wind this weekend brothers:
We begin Saturday with the Seed Of Abraham MC run to benefit Dahlia “Dolly” Gorgora; a local El Paso lady fighting cancer. Registration is from 10:30 – Noon at Barnett Harley – Davidson. There are two stops, Famous Daves at 1135 Airway and American Legion Post 36, located at 3730 Shell. The American Legion is the party spot with plenty to eat and drink as well as door prizes, giveaways, games and a silent auction. Entry is $10 per person!
Saturday evening, everyone is heading out east for the Revolution Drags at the El Paso Motorplex, 16400 Gateway West. (Exit 42 @ Clint)
“2 Wheel Race Wars” begin at 5:30 as east vs. west for cash prizes and trophies. For more track and race info, visit their website.

Sunday, back at it again with the American Legion Riders to benefit our local, El Paso USO! Registration is from 10:00 – 12:00 at Barnett Harley – Davidson. From there, the route takes you to VFW Post 812 (at the entrance to McKelligon Canyon), Green Lyons Lounge (formerly TKO’s Sports Bar) at 10108 McCombs, MacAdoos Restaurant, 3350 Wedgewood and then American Legion Post 598, 141 Ellsworth in Horizon.
