John Moyer, bassist of Disturbed and Adrenaline Mob, has just released an instructional DVD that coaches aspiring players on how to create ‘Modern Metal Bass.’
A short while ago, Adrenaline Mob, the band featuring Mike Portnoy (formerly of Dream Theater and Avenged Sevenfold), Russell Allen (of Symphony X) and guitarist Mike Orlando announced that their bass player and second guitarist were leaving due to prior commitments with their other bands. They also teased that they were auditioning a new bass player that people knew pretty well.
