How's this for synergy? Nine Inch Nails took the stage in Tokyo and fans got a little something extra from Trent Reznor's other band as his wife Mariqueen Maandig joined him onstage for a pair of How to Destroy Angels covers.

After months of anticipation and many fictitious rumors, the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival has revealed its official 2013 lineup. The diverse group of performers run the creative gamut from rock to indie to electronica and more, all while mixing the best of new artists on the rise with veteran artists in their prime.

Trent Reznor, the mastermind behind the How to Destroy Angels project, which also features his wife Mariqueen Maandig, issued a short and simple tweet about the status of the band’s upcoming effort. It’s good news, since it means because more progress is being made and we’re closer to hearing the finished product.
