We thought Lisa, the self-described California coconut, might not have heard of the Mexican Easter tradition of cascarrones, the confetti-filled eggs that you crack on people's heads. Fernie may have surprised her, but she had heard of them, although -- speaking of egg whites -- Miss Cali calls them "confetti eggs".
This is what I like to do after the Morning Show ends at work. Scare my poor coworkers and friends!
Patty Campos, from our sister station KISS-FM, found something on Pinterest that said that Peeps will sword fight if you put toothpicks in them and stick them in the microwave. Of course, we couldn't let this go without trying it out.

You do a lot of interesting but weird things as a TV reporter. One station had a reporter dress as the Easter Bunny to entertain the kiddies on Easter morning...except this guy loses his head and may have scarred one youngster for life!
Whether you clobber your young children over their heads with eggshells filled with crap you'll have to brush out of their hair or hunt for platic eggs filled with melted chocolate and ants, everyone has their own Easter traditions. Buzz, Teresa, Monster and Duke all shared theirs with Fernie.
