Our friends from Fuzzy Red Panda Productions are busy working up the big intro video you'll see in the Sun Bowl next season before Mike Price waves that pickaxe and comes down those steps. Bonus is, they have running commentary underneath along with the "real" pics and vid they're using, taking us through how to make a first-rate video. Looking forward to this!

Now you see it, now you don't.
An opportunity for the UTEP Miners to not sweat Selection Sunday escaped them like a 12-point second half lead. Like a missed free throw. Like a long rebound.
UTEP let the Tigers run; and slowly, surely, those Tigers kept nibbling away at the Conference USA tournament championship until they consumed it at the death.
UTEP head coach Tim Floyd was fired up about the lack of respect for Conference USA after the Miners 66-54 C-USA Tournament semifinal win over the Tulsa Golden Hurricane, saying he thought it was "ridiculous that we have to win a 26th game" to get into the NCAA tournament for a second straight season
UTEP head coach Tim Floyd, and Miners Julyan Stone and Gabe McCulley talk about UTEP's 75-65 win over the Marshall Thundering Herd.
UTEP head coach Tim Floyd says he's not sure what set things off for the ref to call the first technical foul on him -- he says he set his toe outside the coaching box -- but, boy, it was ON after that first "T"! The Miners lost their second straight for the first time this season, 83-76, at East Carolina
Randy Culpepper hit a big three, but Justin Hurtt hit a bigger two -- the game-winning jumper that gave Tulsa a 69-68 win over UTEP.
UTEP head coach Tim Floyd talked about the Miners tough win over a hard-charging Tulane Green Wave team, 69-65, in the Don Haskins Center. UTEP's ramped-up defensive effort in the second half helped it overcome a miserable night from Randy Culpepper as Tulane slowed the Conference USA Player of the Year, allowing him only 10 points

The picture continues to clear for the UTEP Miners.
After suffering their first set-back in Conference USA play in that 100-97 triple-overtime thriller at UAB, the Miners have spelled it out for the rest of the conference. Regular season and post-season, the road to any post-season dancing is running through the defending C-USA champs again in 2011.

Per the headline -- not to mention the stat line -- it's a little deceptive to lead a story about UTEP's 69-59 defensive win over Tulsa with this video. But what the heck, it's too good to hold back...
