If you're in Finland, and you're rich, pay close attention to the speed limits.

In Finland, they base penalties on two things.  One is the severity of the crime and the other is how much money you make.  This ensures that everyone feels the pain equally when they do something wrong and, in this guy's case, a speeding ticket cost him $60,000.

Millionaire Reima Kuisla was clocked at 14 miles an hour over the limit and picked up that insane fine because he's loaded.  Thanks to modern technology and Kuisla's tax returns, he couldn't lie about how much he makes.

15mph over is about my average so it's a good thing I live here.  Not that my income would land me in the $60,000 penalty range anyway.  I make a tad less than Kuisla does so, I'm pretty sure my fine would be more reasonable.
