Southern New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo has something for everyone. Find out how long the fair will be here and what the fair has for you to enjoy.

The 50th Annual Southern New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo kicks off this this Wednesday at the Southern New Mexico fairgrounds in Las Cruces.

Some of the attractions you can enjoy include a petting zoo, pony rides, a magic show by Adrian D'Armarco, a horse demonstration, a Bengal Tiger production and Johnny Rockett's Cycle Circus BMX and FMX show. Musical performances by Neal Mccowen and the Good Time Gang, Bart Crowe and Stoney Larue. The Turquoise Circuit Pro Rodeo will also be at the fair where you can watch some of the best contestants compete.

The Southern New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo is September 28th through October 2nd. Here are the hours for this year's fair:

Wednesday, September 28th - 9am to 10pm
Thursday, September 29th - 9am to 10 pm
Friday, September 30th - 9am to 12am
Saturday, October 1st - 9am to 12am
Sunday, October 2nd - 9am to 6pm

Tickets are $14 for regular adults ages 15 and up. A regular Child's ticket is $10 ages 7 to 14 years old. Kids 6 years old and younger are free.

The carnival is open 6 p.m. -10 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Friday 6 p.m. - 12 a.m., Saturday 1 p.m. - 12 a.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. - 6 p.m.
