So how hot is too hot for students in Connecticut?

Temperatures are going to reach 95 degrees in some areas, with high humidity. 95 DEGREES?! Even with high humidity, that's not a bad day in Austin this time of year. To be fair, many of the school in the area do not have air conditioning, making these conditions difficult for those who aren't used to high heat or high humidity. The temperature is supposed to go down a bit on Wednesday, but the humidity levels are supposed to go up, making the heat index even higher.
