A new restaurant in Midland, Little Woodrow's, has a dress code policy that includes a " no visible face or neck tattoo" rule. As a Libertarian, I think a business owner should be able to decide who they do business with. As a human being, I sympathize with the people who have face and neck tattoos. I mean, these people probably have enough regrets in their life already.

Little Woodrow's says people with tattoos on body parts OTHER than the face and neck. Also, Woodrow's says, people can cover up their face and neck tattoos and they'll be let in.

What are they supposed to do? Wear a ski mask?

Needless to say, Lil' Wayne probably wouldn't be welcomed at Little Woodrow's.
