Metallica Partnering with Red Cross to Help Texas Flood Victims

Rock gods Metallica are partnering with the Central Texas Red Cross to help out Texans affected by May's floods.

Metallica is partnering up with the Central Texas Red Cross to donate to families in need after the floods that covered Texas cities in May. Metallica is working with the X Games and the Circuit of the Americas to help out victims of the floods. Here's what Metallica had to say about their efforts,

We have joined forces with ESPN and Circuit of the Americas to assist the victims of the recent floods in Central Texas by donating all money raised from the sales of live downloads of the show in Austin, TX at the X Games on June 6th. Head over to LiveMetallica.com where you'll find all formats of the download, including the high definition versions, offered at the very deeply discounted price of $5.00 each through July 15th. All proceeds from sales will go to the Central Texas Red Cross.
