U.S. Marshall have finally captured the man who through an alligator through a Wendy's drive-thru window back in October. Of course, this happened in Florida where is seems to be easy to find alligators to randomly throw through windows. The 23-year-old Joshua James had been on the run since October but the law finally caught up to him.

Even though it was six months ago, James has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault and illegal possession and transportation of an alligator. He admitted to finding the alligator on the side of the road and taking it to Wendy's. No report on why he felt like throwing the alligator but justice has been served for the mistreatment of the scaly creature.
