The Argentinian Beer Company Salta Beer, main sponsor of the Salta Rugby Union, is offering a new procedure to professional rugby players that have lost teeth while playing their sport. Apparently they know most rugby players enjoy drinking a cold one, and it can be a hassle to find a bottle opener in those moments. Now, they are offer a surgical procedure to put a bottle opener in your mouth.

There is a metal tooth implant that has a hooked edge, used to open the bottle. The device is actually drilled into the person's gum and then anchored onto the person's jawbone.

Sounds pretty extreme and not something the average person would want in their life, but these men who had the procedure done look like some happy customers to me! Check the video out for yourself.
