This Saturday, join the Anthony Police Department to raise money for their local food pantry at the Annual Food Truck Throwdown.

The Anthony Police Department are working to raise funds for their local food bank and you can help at the Food Truck Throwdown. The area's best food trucks are gathering to show off their various items and see who really has some of the best food truck food out there. Food trucks will compete for cash prizes and the title of "Texas Best in the Southwest." Attendees can also vote for the "Crowd Favorite" category!

Come out to the Food Truck Throwdown and enjoy live music, beer, arts and crafts vendors and the best food trucks the Southwest has to offer. There will be a kids area with jumping balloons and you are welcome to bring picnic blankets and folding chairs. No ice chests or outdoor food or drinks are allowed.

Entrance fee into the Food Truck Throwdown is only a $2 donation but you are more than welcome to donate more. Kids 13 and under are free and parking is free too!

The 2nd Annual Gateway to Texas Food Truck Throwdown will be this Saturday, September 17th and 18th at 100 Richard White Park in Anthony, Texas.
